Jobat is seeking an enthusiastic order and customer service coordinator for an international company. This role involves daily email communication with customers and close collaboration with logistics.

You will monitor delivery times and prices, provide accurate advice, enter orders into the inventory system, follow up on orders including RMAs and backorders, and prepare proforma invoices from Excel data. The position is based in Belgium and offers a stable, dynamic work environment.

Responsabilités

• Daily contact with customers via e-mail
• Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
• Providing correct advice to customers
• Ensuring the correct entry of orders into the inventory system on a daily basis
• Order follow-up (RMA, complaints, pricing, back orders,...)
• Preparation of proforma invoices based on Excel data
