DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Machelen is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (Airfreight) to strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

In this role you will manage existing accounts, negotiate quotations for air and ocean freight, collaborate with Operations, Pricing and Customer Service, and contribute to revenue growth in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business, Commercial Economics, or related field.
• Experience in a commercial or sales role within logistics or freight forwarding is a strong advantage.
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and business development is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of air freight and/or ocean freight operations.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your customer portfolio.
• Proactively prospect through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other commercial channels.
• Identify and approach potential customers within the Air & Sea market.
• Generate, qualify, and transfer high-quality leads to the Sales team.
• Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations for air freight and ocean freight services.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
