Progr3ss invites an experienced construction professional to support our Project Managers from the Hasselt office. The role combines strong technical construction knowledge with calculations, quotations, purchasing and project administration.

You will analyse plans and specifications, prepare calculations and quotations, compare supplier and subcontractor prices, prepare orders and help keep projects organised and on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, interior architecture or equivalent through experience.
• Extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably 10+ years.
• Strong knowledge of calculation, cost estimation and quotations.
• Experience with structural works and interior fit-out.
• Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of French; English is an advantage.

The role

We are looking for anexperienced construction professionalto support our Project Managers from our office at theCorda Campus in Hasselt.

AsTechnical Project Support & Calculator, you combine strong technical construction knowledge with calculation, quotations, purchasing and project administration.

You analyse plans and specifications, prepare calculations and quotations, compare supplier and subcontractor prices, prepare orders and help keep projects organised and on track.

This is a hands-on, office-based role for someone withsignificant construction experiencewho enjoys working independently and takes pride in accuracy, structure and reliability.

Profile

• Degree in construction, engineering, interior architecture or equivalent through experience
• Extensive relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably 10+ years
• Strong experience withcalculation, cost estimation, quotations and technical project preparation
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, structural works and interior fit-out
• Fluent Dutch and a good professional knowledge of French
• Good knowledge ofEnglish is a strong advantage
• Independent, structured and accurate working style
