Progr3ss invites an experienced construction professional to support our Project Managers from the Hasselt office. The role combines strong technical construction knowledge with calculations, quotations, purchasing and project administration.

You will analyse plans and specifications, prepare calculations and quotations, compare supplier and subcontractor prices, prepare orders and help keep projects organised and on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, interior architecture or equivalent through experience.
• Extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably 10+ years.
• Strong knowledge of calculation, cost estimation and quotations.
• Experience with structural works and interior fit-out.
• Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of French; English is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Supporting Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle
• Preparing calculations, cost estimates and quotations
• Analysing plans, specifications and technical documentation
• Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparing and following up purchase orders
• Coordinating pricing, orders and deliveries
• Maintaining accurate and structured project administration
• Providing practical and reliable support to ensure smooth project execution
