Kingfisher IT, based in Belgium, seeks a Construction Business Project Manager/Analyst to support clients in transforming their project management processes. The role involves analyzing projects and providing efficient solutions.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Engineering, have strong communication and analytical skills, and be comfortable working independently. The position offers competitive salary and ample benefits including vacation days and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Construction) or Business Engineering.
At least a first strong working experience.
Knowledge of Project Management (managing scope, timing & budget).
Analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills.
Comfortable working independently after training/onboarding.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Dutch or French are a plus).

Support clients in their digital transformation of project management processes, analysing project structure and management, and translating this into efficient solutions using specialised tools. Guide implementations from analysis to deployment, ensuring systems align with business needs and project realities. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define processes, and configure solutions that enhance visibility, planning and decision‑making. Combine project insight with technical understanding, acting as a bridge between engineering, operations and IT. Work independently on assignments while collaborating with colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
