Cuez is seeking an Executive Producer for its Leuven-based Marketing Team. You will shape thought leadership and industry programs by translating deep newsroom experience into credible content and customer stories. You’ll manage webinars, whitepapers, and use-cases while speaking to the broader newsroom/tech community.

The role requires at least 5 years in broadcast production, fluency in English, and willingness to travel to Leuven. A strong writing portfolio and editorial vision are essential.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years in broadcast production, ideally as a producer.
• Deep knowledge of newsroom systems, NRCS workflows, and the broadcast delivery chain.
• Understanding of technical tools in Broadcast: you know what play-out is & how it connects to a MAM.
• A portfolio of strong, credible writing, not just video.
• Strong project management skills. You've run something with a deadline that couldn't move.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Belgium, or willing to travel frequently to Leuven.

Responsabilidades

• Editorial & Thought Leadership: Write strategic articles on technology in the modern newsroom, and the change that comes with it.
• Produce technical deep-dives on how newsroom systems, automation, and cloud workflows connect.
• Turn customer stories into credible, insider-level use-cases.
• Build and own an editorial calendar that positions Cuez as the industry's sharpest voice.
• Translate product capability into a narrative, without sounding like a product page.
• Industry Programs: Plan and run webinars with external experts, from topic to follow-up.
• Produce written downloadables that generate real leads.
• Report on what content and events actually move the pipeline.
