Gartner, Inc. is seeking a senior Executive Programs leader to manage a diverse portfolio of CIO and senior IT leader relationships across global markets.

The role focuses on delivering tailored ExP service plans, leveraging Gartner’s AI and analytics expertise to address mission-critical priorities. The candidate brings 15+ years in consulting or CXO roles, fluency in English plus French and Dutch, and a track record in large transformative programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting or CxO roles.
• Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry dynamics.
• Experience with large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate CIO challenges into Gartner ExP solutions.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients across ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member MCPs and developing tailored service plans.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
• Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization to drive engagement and renewals.

About the role:Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) and is the indispensable tool for digital leaders.
