Job summary

N-SIDE is seeking aManaging Director - Energy to lead and scale the Energy unit from Louvain-la-Neuve, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, P&L, and international expansion. You will build high-performing teams, drive complex software deals, and cultivate partnerships across Europe, the US, and Asia while embedding N-SIDE's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing a P&L, scaling revenue, and leading B2B enterprise software or complex technical solution sales.
• Deep expertise in the energy sector with understanding of European electricity markets.
• Background in B2B enterprise software, complex solution selling, or product-driven businesses.
• Educational or professional background in Engineering or closely related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define & execute BU strategy translating energy transition trends into actionable growth plans.
• Lead complex B2B software deals and scale operations across Europe and beyond.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key energy market stakeholders and drive market expansion.
