Brusketta in Antwerp is seeking a friendly Barman to join the team for evening service on a part-time basis. You’ll prepare and serve cocktails, wine, coffee and aperitivo classics while keeping the bar stocked and welcoming.

The successful candidate has hospitality bartending experience, solid knowledge of cocktails and wines, stays composed under pressure, and works with attention to hygiene and detail. English is required, basic Dutch as well, with Italian or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve drinks: cocktails, wine, coffee and aperitivo classics.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready before service hits.
• Manage the pace of orders during busy periods without losing quality.
• Coordinate with the floor team so drinks and food orders stay in sync.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with a calm, professional touch.
