Smappee is looking for a Technical Service Desk Specialist to join their Customer Support team in Harelbeke, Belgium. This role involves providing technical support to B2B customers, primarily certified installers and partners, ensuring the effective use of Smappee products.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, guiding customers through technical issues, and contributing to product improvements. Candidates should have a degree in electrical engineering and experience in technical support. An affinity for renewable energy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a technical support role (preferably 2nd line) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd line support to installers and partners via a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and debug installation or configuration issues.
• Work closely with R&D and Sales teams for product improvements.
