Smappee is looking for a Technical Service Desk Specialist to strengthen the Customer Support team. You will provide 2nd line technical support for B2B customers, including installers and partners, and work across departments to enhance products and services.

You will troubleshoot installation/configuration issues, learn our hardware and software, and analyse protocols like Modbus, MQTT, and OCPP to identify root causes. Collaboration with R&D and Sales is essential.

Qualifications

2nd line support for installers and partners via ticketing system, telephone and email.
Troubleshoot and debug installation or configuration issues.
Know hardware and software products to advise customers confidently.
Answer technical questions and guide installers/partners to solve end-customer issues.
Interpret and analyse Modbus, MQTT, OCPP to identify root causes.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to address recurring issues.
Collaborate with R&D and Sales to enable product improvements and documentation.

Responsabilités
