tknife is seeking an experienced VP Finance to lead financial operations across Belgium, Germany, and the US-structured entities. The role oversees FP&A, accounting, and external advisors, driving close timelines and statutory reporting.

The successful candidate will manage intercompany processes, tax incentives, treasury, and governance, partnering with executives and the board to ensure financial integrity and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/IFRS/GAAP) preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small internal finance team and external accounting firms.
• Own month/quarter/year-end close and consolidations across three entities.
• Present board materials, manage FP&A, and oversee audits and compliance.
