Euronext Corporate Solutions Belgium is offering an internship in Brussels as a Shareholder Analysis Intern. You will assist in delivering SHAN reports and support the European expansion including SRD II adoption across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes Excel and PowerPoint skills, data-to-presentation ability, and teamwork to meet tight client deadlines. Fluency in English is required; a Finance/Economics background is preferred for a 6-month placement starting as soon as possible.

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills and ability to transform data into clear presentations.

• Fluent business English communication.

Mansioni

• Support in delivering SHAN reports and help build client relationships in Europe.
• Analyze local share registers with SRD II and complete shareholder analysis reports for listed companies.
• Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour.
• Explain client movements in shareholder base vs. market/sector/peers.
• Report to the Shareholder Analysis Manager and support the IR & Advisory Team on deliverables.
