Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking an European Service Academy Manager to oversee the competence development across European customer centers. You will manage academy operations, facilities, equipment, tools and logistics, while implementing structured training packages and blended learning solutions to enhance service capabilities.

You will design the Train-the-Trainer program, develop audience-aligned content with prerequisites, and coordinate induction programs for new employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of service activities.
• Proven record of people management or team leadership.
• Experience in developing training programs is a strong asset.
• Excellent command of English and good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, O365, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, SCORM) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage European Competence Development operations, including facilities, equipment, tools and logistics.
• Implement the Competence Development Process across European customer centers.
• Roll out blended learning solutions (videos, digital modules, virtual classroom, pre-recorded content).
• Design and implement the Train-the-Trainer program with aligned content and prerequisites.
• Coordinate induction programs for new employees and develop training materials for Service Specialists.
• Identify future training needs from feedback and evolving business requirements; collaborate with regional academy managers.
