Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive process improvement across our rental centers and services. You will lead cross-regional initiatives, standardize best practices, and support our digital transformation with data-driven methods.

You will influence how operations run globally, partner with teams, and travel to centers to implement measurable improvements. A university degree and strong English are required, with a growth mindset and hands-on

Qualifications

• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in operations, service, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus.
• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive change across decentralized teams.
• An analytical, customer-focused mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution and continuous improvement.
• Growth mindset, curious and eager to learn from new perspectives
• You have a good command of the English language.
