Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC product management, engineering, marketing, commercial leadership, or related functions.
• Deep understanding of hydronic systems, ventilation, and European market dynamics.
• Ability to develop business cases and assess market opportunities.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional and international stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the European strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of the New Platforms portfolio, including Titan, USX and future ventilation opportunities.
• Lead the commercialization and long-term market development of the Titan platform for sustainable growth.
• Develop customer value propositions, business cases and go-to-market strategies for Titan.
• Own the European strategy and growth plan for the USX chiller portfolio and target applications.
• Evaluate the commercial viability of a light commercial ventilation portfolio and provide investment recommendations.
• Benchmark competitors, set price positioning and translate insights into portfolio strategy and investments.
• Coordinate with global product development, engineering and manufacturing teams for assigned platforms.
• Partner with regional teams to drive specification success and profitable growth.
