Vandemoortele invites you to join PBFS to drive growth in plant-based cheese across Europe. You will scout opportunities, understand customer needs and convert them into long-term partnerships and sales.

You will travel about 60% of your time across Germany, France, UK, BeNeLux, Spain and Italy, collaborating with Marketing, R&D and Commercial teams. A strong B2B technical sales background with an entrepreneurial spirit is essential.

Formación

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
• Experience in hunting new customers and exploring new markets.
• Entrepreneurial, driven, proactive, and resilient.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of German or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Explore the European plant-based cheese market and identify the most interesting business opportunity pockets across Industry and Food Service segments.
• Hunt for new customers in the identified segments and understand their specific needs, strategies, products, service, pricing, environment, etc.
