Vandemoortele seeks an European Business Development Manager Plant-Based Cheese to grow our Savri® brand across Industry and Food Service partners. You will scout opportunities, visit prospects, and translate needs into long-term partnerships and profitable sales.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Directors, and R&D to shape product solutions, identify trends, and drive the P&L for our plant-based cheese business across Germany, France, UK, BeNeLux, Spain and Italy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (Chemistry/Agriculture/Bio a strong plus), Business Engineering, or Economics.
• 5+ years in B2B (technical) sales, ideally in cheese or ready meals.
• Experience hunting new customers and exploring new markets.
• Entrepreneurial and driven spirit with a can-do attitude.
• Pragmatic, proactive, and stress-resistant; result-oriented and curious.

Responsabilités

• Explore the European plant-based cheese market and identify key business opportunities.
• Hunt for new customers and understand their needs, translating opportunities into partnerships and sales.
• Visit customers to define needs and translate them into product solutions with R&D support.
• Identify market trends to feed future innovation and negotiate contracts to grow sales.
• Co-responsible for driving the Plant-Based Cheese P&L.
