Levi Strauss & Co. in Europe seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist Marketplaces to drive strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing activations for our European marketplaces.

You will own customer acquisition, incremental revenue growth, and ROAS through data-driven campaigns with cross-functional alignment. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Commercial Marketplaces, Sales, and Merchandising to align calendars, assets, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital media, retail media and/or performance marketing.
• Bachelor in marketing, strategy or similar fields.
• Experience working with or within media agencies across European markets.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution models and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Drive paid media tactics to meet traffic and revenue goals across Europe marketplaces.
• Manage budget phasing and optimize ROAS and growth.
• Collaborate with brand, commercial marketplaces, sales, and merchandising teams on calendars and assets.
• Lead test-and-learn roadmap and provide MMM insights to optimise campaigns.
• Manage relationships with media agencies and marketplace partners like Zalando, Amazon, and others.
