Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a proactive Brand Operations Intern in Brussels. You will support Marketing and Merchandising Operations, helping with campaign execution, product launch readiness, stakeholder coordination and process management.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets, product information and operational deliverables are ready on time for launches. The internship offers hands-on experience and a pathway to develop operational and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Economics, Management, Operations or related field.
• Interest in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, Commercial Operations, or Project Coordination.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support campaign and product launch execution through tracking and coordination.
• Maintain operational trackers and reporting tools.
• Coordinate marketing asset readiness and deadlines.
• Assist with product and merchandising data maintenance.
• Help create sell-in tools and operational reports.
• Own and improve specific operational processes on time.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Merchandising and cross-functional teams to boost efficiency.
• Prepare newsletters, presentations and communications materials.
• Support milestone meetings and calendar management.
