Levi Strauss & Co. in Brussels is seeking a Digital Merchant to support the growth of our digital wholesale business across a portfolio of key online partners. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, analyze performance data, and help shape assortments and product storytelling across categories.

The role requires 2–3 years in merchandising or e-commerce, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English. This hybrid position is based in Brussels, with travel 10–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret performance data.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and product performance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of digital wholesale accounts (ASOS, Next, About You) and support performance across the season.
• Analyse sell-in/sell-out data and identify growth opportunities.
• Work across men’s, women’s, tops, bottoms and accessories insights for wholesale.
• Support consumer-relevant assortments with strong commercial impact.
• Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Sales and Merchandising to ensure aligned execution.
• Drive in-season actions to optimise sell-through and manage risks.
• Contribute to seasonal launches with the right product mix and storytelling across accounts.
• Maintain merchandising tools and systems (line plans, catalogues, data tracking).
• Provide insights on consumer trends and market dynamics to inform strategies.
