Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to independently manage hotel-related contracts and provide legal support to European operations and corporate entities. The role requires drafting, negotiating, and enforcing hotel and franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with global standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a major international company's legal department.
• Proactive, adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate hotel agreements, amendments, notices, and related docs for corporate, regional and hotel levels.
• Provide legal advice to European regional teams and coordinate with operations and finance on debt recovery and settlements with owners.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage relationships for disputes, tax matters, and compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain legal policies, templates, procedures and best practices across departments.
