Job summary

Perspective Blue SRL is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel EMEA to join the in-house legal team. You will provide strategic legal advice across HR, compliance, and commercial contracts for the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Law with 3–7 years in-house experience, strong knowledge of employment law and RGPD, and excellent communication skills for a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law (business, employment, or commercial law).
• 3–7 years in-house counsel, legal advisor, or attorney.
• Strong expertise in employment law, RGPD, and commercial contracts.
• Autonomous and proactive, with strong communication.
• Experience in international, multidisciplinary environments.
• Dutch: professional level required; French or other EMEA languages a plus.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Employment Law & HR: recruitment, onboarding, and restructuring projects.
• Ensure RGPD/LGPD compliance, data transfers, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, finance, and business teams on legal matters.
• Track regulatory changes and anticipate impacts across EMEA.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Legal Counsel EMEA to join our dynamic in-house legal team within an established international group. You'll provide strategic legal advice across HR, compliance, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Employment Law & HR: Advise on labor regulations, manage recruitment, onboarding, and restructuring projects
• Data Protection & RGPD: Ensure RGPD/LGPD compliance, manage data transfers, and handle regulatory requirements
• Commercial Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with HR, IT, finance, and business teams on legal matters
• Regulatory Monitoring: Track regulatory changes and anticipate impacts across EMEA

Your Profile:

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree in Law (business, employment, or commercial law)
• 3-7 years as in-house counsel, legal advisor, or attorney
• Strong expertise in employment law, RGPD, and commercial contracts
