Coreso SA is seeking a Service Engineer to define, develop and implement coordination services across European TSOs and RCC partners. You will lead international projects, manage budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with ENTSO-E and EU regulations.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience in project leadership within a fast-paced, international energy context. Hybrid work and cross-border collaboration are core elements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for complex projects and market design.
• Experience managing projects and representing RCC/TSO externally.
• Experience with people management is a plus.
• Proven expertise in TSO organisations and EU energy regulatory framework.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Team player, able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Setting up projects: Defining main deliverables and assessing risks and resources.
• Managing projects: Delivering substantial technical contributions and managing the business part; planning and budgeting.
• Ensuring tooling tests, deployment and project reporting.
• Knowledge sharing: workshops, trainings and knowledge management.
• Managing stakeholders and an external network of TSOs & RCC: coordinating internal/external stakeholders and advising in working groups.
