Skechers is seeking a Project Manager to join our Europe Distribution Centers team. You will lead IT and operations integration for warehouse automation and material handling across Europe, driving on-time, within-budget project delivery.

You will coordinate across global teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure successful ramp-up and start-up of systems. Strong PM experience in automated DCs and PMP is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years of distribution fulfillment center experience with WMS/WES/WCS and automation.
• 8+ years of project management experience in highly automated distribution/fulfillment centers with each project >$1M preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP) highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Project; advanced Excel with pivot tables and formulas.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration of building, MHE automation, IT, and operations for major material handling projects.
• Evaluate and manage technology partners (AS/RS, AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, WMS integrations, vision systems).
• Drive project teams to deliver on time and within budget, resolving roadblocks and risks.
• Develop and maintain project charters, RACI matrices, and documentation.
• Produce monthly financial reporting and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize overall project performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration across verticals and support ramp-up and start-up of systems.
