Skechers is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive the greenfield build-out of a 200,000 m² European Distribution Center in Belgium. You will bridge US IT leadership with local Belgian stakeholders to deliver a high-visibility logistics technology project on time and within budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams across DC Operations, IT, Engineering, and vendors, ensuring integration with ERP, MHE, and WMS while maintaining global PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 8+ years IT Project Manager experience, with DC/logistics exposure preferred.
• PMP/CSM certifications are desirable; multi-lingual English plus French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risk, and scope changes; ensure on-time delivery and SOX compliance.
• Own the Manhattan AWM implementation for the Belgium EDC and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with DC Ops, IT Infra, and vendors to align requirements and timelines.
