Skechers U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join our Distribution Centers team, leading integrated material handling, WMS, IT infrastructure, and operations for our Europe DC projects. You will coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting project goals.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 8+ years of PM experience in automated DCs, and PMP is desirable, with strongExcel and MS Office skills to support reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field is required.
• 2+ years of distribution fulfillment center experience with WMS/WES/WCS and automation daily is required.
• 8+ years of project management experience managing highly automated distribution center CAPEX projects >$1M in spend is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Project—advanced knowledge of Excel is desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration of building, MHE automation, IT, and operations across verticals for large Europe project.
• Evaluate and manage technology partners for AS/RS, AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, sorters, WMS integrations, and vision systems.
• Coordinate and motivate integrated project teams to deliver on-time and within-budget, resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and provide regular status reports.
• Develop and maintain PM documents (charters, RACI, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.
