Job summary

Imec, a world-leading research center in nanotechnology, seeks an Ecosystem Manager to build partnerships across Europe and beyond. You will set up collaborations with Chip Competence Centers and guide startups through the platform, accelerating their path from concept to silicon.

You will combine ecosystem building with partnership management, connecting with initiatives like Europractice and Silicon Catalyst, and developing business models for the platform.

Qualifications

• PhD, Master’s or equivalent in microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics or related field.
• Knowledge of ASIC design and semiconductor development is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (mainly Europe).

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with competence centers and industry stakeholders across Europe.
• Connect and collaborate with initiatives like Europractice and Silicon Catalyst.
• Develop exploitation and future business models for the platform.
• Promote the platform across the European semiconductor ecosystem.
• Help shape a thriving European chip design community.
