Job summary

Stanley/Stella is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead paid social media performance across European markets. You will plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns to reach new audiences, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

You will collaborate with Communications, Sales, Product and local market teams to ensure digital marketing delivers measurable business impact, leveraging AI and HubSpot for automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns across platforms (esp. Meta).
• Ability to analyze data, run tests, and adjust budgets/campaigns accordingly.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-powered tools is a strong plus.
