Stanley/Stella is seeking a Social Media & Community Specialist to strengthen its US presence. You will craft and execute social strategies, manage day-to-day activity, and grow engagement across key platforms.

You will coordinate content production with creative teams and partners, adapting global campaigns for US audiences while building relationships with creators and industry partners. You will also lead paid media planning and performance tracking, oversee email marketing and CRM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
• Proven success managing both organic social media and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the US digital, social media, and creator landscape.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute US social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Own the US content calendar and coordinate photography, video, and social-first assets.
• Build relationships with creators, decorators, agencies, and industry influencers.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
