IKO Waterproofing and Insulation EU seeks a Director, IT Services Europe to lead European technology strategy and operations. You will bridge regional business needs with Global IT standards, collaborating with North America and European leaders to deliver secure, scalable services.

This role requires fluent English and Dutch, with French as an asset, and includes travel across Europe. A strategic, relationship-driven leader with deep IT domain knowledge will thrive.

Qualifications

• Significant senior IT leadership experience within a multi-location, international organization.
• Proven ability to operate within a global matrix environment.
• Strong track record of building relationships with Director, VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience aligning regional business requirements with global technology strategies and standards.

Responsabilités

• Be the bridge between European business leadership and Global IT, translating needs into European-ready tech solutions.
• Lead IT services across Europe, covering ERP, infrastructure, security, data, and service delivery.
• Develop a European technology governance model and clear ownership for decisions.
• Shape the European technology roadmap and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing European IT team across multiple countries.
