Job summary

Jan De Nul Group is seeking a Project Cost Controller to manage the financial processes of civil projects across Flanders. You will base at construction sites in East and West Flanders, performing budget control, financial reporting and forecasts to safeguard project objectives.

You should hold a Master’s in economics or a Bachelor in Accountancy, have experience in controlling, accounting or audit, and be fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or an related field.
• Experience in controlling, accounting or an audit environment.
• Civil sector experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget control and financial reporting for assigned construction sites.
• Compile forecasts and provide updates on the order book.
• Monitor all costs and revenues of the projects and prepare result reports.
• Report regularly to management to enable timely steering.
• Provide project managers with insight into current and future financial results.
