Greens/EFA Group Secretariat in Brussels is seeking an experienced Audiovisual (AV) expert to join the Communications Strategy team. You will create, edit, and manage video content for our digital channels, working with MEPs and staff to shape compelling AV material.
The role covers production, editing, asset management, and brand-consistent storytelling across platforms such as social media, with a focus on audience engagement and performance analysis.
The Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament Group seeks a creative Audiovisual (AV) expert to join its Communication Strategy team in Brussels. This role will involve working closely with our audiovisual team, as well as Green/EFA MEPs, staff and assistants, to develop regular video material for sharing on the Group’s digital channels.
This role involves video and multimedia project creation, editing, and databasing of all audiovisual content, from conception to end-delivery. Creating audiovisual and multimedia content through editing software is required. Working with third parties to deliver audio-visual projects will be a regular feature of the work. The role will involve testing and analysing all our audio-visual products, researching how our content is perceived and digested, as well as developing strategies for audio-visual content that can engage audiences in a way that will make an impact. The indicative basic salaries grid is:
Grade: FG III 8 (≤ 5years of professional experience)
Basic Salary: € 3 475.62
Grade: FG III 9 (≥ 5 and ≤ 10 years of professional experience)
Basic Salary: € 3 932.44
Grade: FG III 10 (≥ 10 and ≤ 15 years of professional experience)
Basic Salary: € 4 449.30
Grade: FG III 11 (≥ 15 and ≤ 20 years of professional experience)
Basic Salary: € 5 034.15

The precise grade is determined by the services of the European Parliament on the basis of professional experience, supported by appropriate documentation.
In addition to the basic salary, various allowances may be granted depending on the candidate’s personal situation (household allowance, expatriation allowance, child allowance, etc.). These allowances are determined by the services of the European Parliament.
The successful candidate will also benefit from the Joint Sickness Insurance Scheme of the European Union.
