The ideal candidate will manage large-scale project tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce reports. A strong background in open source and project management is essential, with certifications in relevant methodologies. Qualifications

• Experience managing large projects/services at the EU scale.
• Open source experience considered a must.
• Experience managing project core teams of at least 10 FTEs.

Responsabilités

• Manage project planning, risk management, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage stakeholders during various initiatives.
• Produce presentations, reports, and speak publicly.
• Implement and define services for existing initiatives.
• Propose and implement improvement plans for business processes.
• Define and implement KPIs to measure progress.
• Formulate functional and non-functional requirements.
