act digital EMEA - Alter Solutions is seeking a Business Manager for EU Institutions to drive growth and manage high-level public sector relationships in the EU. You will guide teams to ensure compliance with EU regulations, win tenders, and oversee strategic success across institutional accounts.

The role reports to the Managing Director within Public Sector / EU Affairs, and involves building partnerships with European Commission officials and agency directors while monitoring budgets and

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, EU Law, Political Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of business development or account management experience within the EU environment.
• Deep familiarity with EU institutions, financial regulations, and public procurement procedures (TED/SIMAP).
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French or another official EU language is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Client Relations: Build trusted partnerships with European Commission officials, Parliament members, and agency directors.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project budgets, delivery timelines, and quality standards for all awarded EU contracts.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business activities, deliverables, and team operations strictly follow EU legal frameworks.
• Market Strategy: Identify emerging EU funding programs, policy changes, and commercial opportunities for growth.
