Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT programme/project management experience.
• At least 8 years in senior/lead programme management roles.
• Experience managing multi-partner consortia in EU public procurement contexts.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the single accountable executive for a flagship European Commission programme.
• Drive end-to-end programme execution from inception through deployment.
• Oversee technical delivery of Dataspace architecture components.
