Umicore in Brussels is seeking a Traceability & ESG Due Diligence Specialist to strengthen responsible sourcing and regulatory compliance across global value chains. You will work with the ESG, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to scale traceability from pilot to stable operations and ensure audit-ready evidence for customers and certifications.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least five years in related fields are required, with a passion for sustainability, data quality,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- ≥5 years in supply chain operations, data management or ESG/due diligence.
- Strong data, systems and reporting capabilities.
- Interest in sustainability and responsible sourcing.
- Experience with transactional or supply-chain datasets.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, ERP or related tools.
- Ability to drive data quality across stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Onboard products, suppliers, and material flows into traceability systems.
- Operate day-to-day traceability and mass-balance tasks.
- Map data flows and define allocation logic.
- Maintain audit-ready traceability records.
- Coordinate cross-function data validation and system implementation.
- Develop reports and dashboards with Power BI.
- Support ESG due diligence and supplier risk assessments.
- Improve traceability processes and governance.
