Nipro Europe Group Companies’ ESG team in Mechelen, Belgium, invites an ESG Data Analyst to join and drive accurate sustainability reporting. The role centers on data collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis to support internal reporting, external disclosure, and assurance.

Working with the ESG Director and cross-functional teams, you will implement practical data processes, dashboards, and controls to ensure audit-ready reporting across the organization and alignment with CSRD/ESRS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, finance, business, data analytics or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability data, non-financial reporting, finance reporting, internal control, or business/data analysis
• Good understanding of CSRD/ESRS, GRI, GHG Protocol; knowledge of EU Taxonomy is advantageous
• Basic understanding of Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions calculations
• Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured data
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Experience with data validation, documentation, controls and audit-ready reporting processes
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across finance, HR, operations, procurement, IT and other functions
• Fluent business communication in English
• Ability to work in a multinational, cross-cultural environment

Responsabilités

• Collect and consolidate ESG data from stakeholders and systems
• Prepare draft reports, analyses, and supporting materials for review
• Maintain documentation, controls and evidence for audit-ready reporting
• Identify data gaps, reporting issues, and methodological questions
• Discuss risks and improvement opportunities with the ESG Director and IT
• Strengthen reporting capabilities and data infrastructure in collaboration with IT
