Nipro Europe Group Companies, based in Mechelen, Belgium, seeks an ESG Data Analyst to join the ESG team. You will coordinate data collection, validation and consolidation to support CSRD/ESRS reporting and external disclosure.

You will design practical data processes, dashboards and controls, working closely with the ESG Director and finance, IT, HR and operations to ensure audit‑ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability data, non‑financial reporting, or related data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Fluent business English communication and ability to work across functions.
• Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS, GRI, GHG Protocol and EU Taxonomy is advantageous.
• Experience with data validation, documentation and audit-ready reporting processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day‑to‑day collection, validation, consolidation and analysis of ESG data across NEGC.
• Prepare reports and analyses for internal reporting, external disclosure and assurance.
• Develop practical data processes, dashboards and controls to enable reliable ESG reporting.
• Collaborate with ESG Director and cross‑functional teams to improve reporting capabilities.
