Eurofins announces a Performance Analyst role at its Brussels office. This position focuses on developing robust operational and ESG reporting processes across the network, supporting KPI analytics, and coordinating multi‑project reporting efforts.

Strong English skills and a Master’s degree are required, with experience in data management, ESG topics, and governance considered a plus. The role offers a 12‑month VIE framework and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, data management, finance, business, sustainability, or related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in business analysis, data-driven roles, system support, process improvement or ESG performance topics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support recurring KPI reporting and data quality checks.
• Document requirements and support testing for reporting systems.
• Assist with Microsoft reporting tools including Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on actions and progress.
• Contribute to ESG and CSRD/ESRS reporting and EU Taxonomy work.
