Jobtailor in Belgium seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to drive hospital-focused Finance & Logistics solutions and oversee end-to-end ERP implementations. You will lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires travel to customer sites, fluency in French and Dutch, and a solid background in IT project management within healthcare ERP environments. English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• IT project management experience preferred; monitoring experience valuable.
• Fluency in French and Dutch required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Category B driving licence.
• Healthcare ERP/Finance & Logistics interest.

Responsabilités

• Participate in ERP implementation projects in the hospital environment.
• Lead the implementation and rollout of Finance & Logistics ERP solutions.
• Manage and coordinate projects.
• Organize and lead meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor and steer projects according to scope, schedule, and contractual commitments.

Participate in ERP implementation projects in the hospital environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Initial experience in IT project management is preferred; project monitoring experience is more important than technical expertise
• Strong interest in ERP Finance & Logistics and the healthcare sector
• Fluency in French and Dutch is required
• English is an advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Customer-focused, with a strong service mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
