TriFinance Belgium is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join the ERP project team. You will work with business stakeholders and key users to translate requirements into ERP functionalities, ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic goals.

You will participate in workshops, data migration, testing and training, collaborate with the implementation partner, and act as a trusted advisor on ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences, Commercial Engineering, IT with Business major or related field.
• Experience as ERP business analyst or key-user in an ERP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and cooperative mindset.
• Finance or controlling experience is a plus.
• Dutch and English are required; French is a plus.

• Be a key member of the customer’s ERP project team.

• Analyse, document, and validate processes to align the ERP with operational needs and goals.
• Revise customer operational processes and identify improvement opportunities with best practices in mind.
• Cooperate with implementation partner to ensure clear communication of needs.
• Participate in design, fit-gap, configuration, blueprints, data migration, testing, integration, hypercare and training.
• Provide clear test scripts, documentation and assist in training and testing activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business on ERP capabilities.
