EmpHire is partnering with a fast-growing technology scale-up to recruit a Strategic Operations Analyst. You will work with senior leaders across Commercial, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to translate strategy into action and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities include building business cases, dashboards, and KPIs; driving operational excellence; and delivering strategic projects with measurable impact. A strong analytical background in a tech environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related.
• Experience in a technology business or high-growth scale-up.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Exposure to process optimisation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience working with CRM or business intelligence platforms.
• Confident presenting insights to senior leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of strategic business initiatives.
• Analyse commercial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Build business cases, financial models, and executive presentations.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on operational excellence and scalability.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and commercial assessments.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
• Support annual strategic planning, budgeting, and OKR processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
