Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in financial services.
• Direct experience in Non-Financial Risk and Compliance within Insurance.
• Strong regulatory knowledge across applicable rules (GDPR, MiFID, CRD, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory gap assessment and roadmap implementation for clients.
• Lead campaigns to identify and assess compliance risks and monitoring approaches.
• Improve internal controls design and alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Maintain regulatory watch programs and report results to senior management.
• Organize workshops with client teams to identify pain points and remediation.
• Support governance of oversight functions and conduct board effectiveness reviews.
• Foster risk and compliance culture through trainings and awareness campaigns.
• Support internal audit as SME on regulatory and compliance topics.
