Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager in Non-Financial Risk / Regulatory & Compliance for our Financial Services Practice. You will lead regulatory gap assessments, risk campaigns, and internal control enhancements across banking, insurance, and payments sectors.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential. Native Dutch or French with excellent business English, and a proven track record in delivering compliant, end-to-end engagements, will help you

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Compliance) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of consulting or Risk & Compliance experience in banking, insurance or payments.
Strong regulatory knowledge across applicable frameworks (e.g., GDPR, MiFID, PSD2, DORA, AI Act).
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Native Dutch or French with excellent business English.

Responsabilités

Regulatory gap assessment and roadmap implementation.
Lead campaigns to identify and assess (compliance) risks and monitor risk responses.
Improve design and monitoring of internal controls per international standards.
Update regulatory watch processes and build a regulatory monitoring program.
Lead projects, organize client workshops, and propose remediation within compliance domain.
Review organization and governance of oversight functions within financial institutions.
Foster risk and compliance culture through workshops and training.
Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of engagements and contribute to the executive team.
