Swift is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to work closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and key stakeholders to ensure the ERM Framework is effective, efficient, and embedded across the organization.

You will help design, implement, and embed changes to the ERM methodology, maintain ERM collateral, and support components such as Risk Appetite and KRIs. Strong analytical skills and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or with ServiceNow Design Subject Matter Expertise.
• ISO31000 or similar Enterprise Risk Management certification.
• ServiceNow IRM certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and producing impactful risk reporting for senior audiences.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, implement and embed methodology changes to ensure Swift’s ERM framework remains dynamic and compliant.
• Lead on governance and management change to ERMF elements of Swift’s Risk System and ensure requirements are maintained in configurations.
• Analyze Enterprise Risk data and develop effective risk reporting for decision-making.
