Swift, Brussels area, is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and stakeholders to strengthen Swift’s ERM framework across methods, risk appetite, and KPIs.

You will lead changes to risk tools (GRC) and ensure high-quality risk data, develop actionable reporting for senior stakeholders, and foster collaboration across risk, IT and business teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or with ServiceNow
• ISO31000 or similar ERM certification
• ServiceNow IRM certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing and delivering risk reporting for senior audiences
• Excellent communicator able to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Curious, solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.**About the Role**The Enterprise Risk Analyst works closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework as well as key stakeholders across the ERM Policy & Methodology team, the Risk Department and Swift to ensure Swift’s Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient and embedded.**This includes:****ERM Framework and Methodology:*** Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework to design, develop, implement and embed methodology change to ensure Swift’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management continuously improves and remains dynamic, aligns with regulatory and meets industry standards.* Maintain effectiveness of Swift’s ERM Framework collateral to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs.* Support in the refresh and delivery of core components of Swift’s ERM Framework including Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators as well as organisational tolerances.**Risk System (GRC tooling):*** Lead on engagement across Swift in governing and managing change to ERMF elements of Swifts Risk System.* Take ownership of Risk components of GRC Tooling design ensuring requirements of Swifts ERMF are maintained in the development of new and changes to existing Swifts Risk System configurations.* Engage with Risk Performance team to facilitate risk data quality management and Risk Governance team to ensure effective training of Swift-wide stakeholders on Risk Management activities in GRC Tooling.**Data and Reporting:*** Perform analysis of Enterprise Risk data to assess implementation of Swift’s ERM Framework and working closely with Risk Partners to continuously improve implementation as well as data quality.* Develop and support effective risk reporting that has organisational impact and creates insight for decision-making.**What will make you successful:*** 3+ years’ experience working in Enterprise Risk Management or with ServiceNow Design Subject Matter Expertise.* ISO31000 or similar Enterprise Risk Management certification* ServiceNow IRM certification* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Experience developing and producing impactful risk reporting for senior audiences.* Good communicator able to engage proactively with a wide range of stakeholders* Driven by engaging on varied activities and thrive in a high-paced environment* Solution orientated, curious and willing to ask questions* Adapt flexibly to achieve needed outcome* Customer & outcome focused* Sound interest in the financial services industry.**What we offer***We give you the freedom to be yourself.
