Swift is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to work closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and stakeholders across the ERM Policy & Methodology team, Risk Department and broader Swift teams. You will ensure the Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, embedded and continuously improving.

This role involves developing ERM methodologies, maintaining framework collateral, and driving risk data quality and reporting. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or ServiceNow design SME.
• ISO31000 or similar ERM certification is required.
• ServiceNow IRM certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience producing risk reporting for senior audiences.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to engage across varied activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, solution-oriented and questions-driven.
• Customer and outcome-focused.
• Interest in financial services industry.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, implement and embed updates to the ERM methodology to keep Swift's approach dynamic and compliant.
• Maintain ERM framework collateral to meet needs of business owners and Risk Partners.
• Support core ERM components: Risk Appetite, Key Risk Indicators and tolerances.
• Lead on engagement to govern ERMF elements within Swifts Risk System.
• Own risk components of GRC tooling design and configurations.
• Collaborate with Risk Performance to ensure data quality and run Risk Governance training across Swift.
• Analyze Enterprise Risk data to assess implementation and drive data quality improvements.
• Develop and support effective risk reporting for organizational decision-making.

About the Role

The Enterprise Risk Analyst works closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework as well as key stakeholders across the ERM Policy & Methodology team, the Risk Department and Swift to ensure Swift's Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient and embedded.

This includes:

ERM Framework and Methodology

• Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework to design, develop, implement and embed methodology change to ensure Swift's approach to Enterprise Risk Management continuously improves and remains dynamic, aligns with regulatory and meets industry standards.
• Maintain effectiveness of Swift's ERM Framework collateral to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs.
• Support in the refresh and delivery of core components of Swift's ERM Framework including Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators as well as organisational tolerances.

Risk System (GRC tooling)

• Lead on engagement across Swift in governing and managing change to ERMF elements of Swifts Risk System.
• Take ownership of Risk components of GRC Tooling design ensuring requirements of Swifts ERMF are maintained in the development of new and changes to existing Swifts Risk System configurations.
• Engage with Risk Performance team to facilitate risk data quality management and Risk Governance team to ensure effective training of Swift-wide stakeholders on Risk Management activities in GRC Tooling.

Data and Reporting

• Perform analysis of Enterprise Risk data to assess implementation of Swift's ERM Framework and working closely with Risk Partners to continuously improve implementation as well as data quality.
• Develop and support effective risk reporting that has organisational impact and creates insight for decision-making.

• 3+ years' experience working in Enterprise Risk Management or with ServiceNow Design Subject Matter Expertise.
• ISO31000 or similar Enterprise Risk Management certification
• ServiceNow IRM certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and producing impactful risk reporting for senior audiences.
• Good communicator able to engage proactively with a wide range of stakeholders
