Superlinear seeks a Solutions Sales Engineer to open European markets for Holon, an Enterprise Orchestration Platform. You’ll lead discovery, quantify margin leakage across departments, and build CFO-ready business cases to secure deals with retailers and CIO/COO stakeholders.

You’ll own outreach, run demos, and collaborate with Account Executives to advance complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles toward signed implementations across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or top-tier consulting in supply chain, operations or planning.
• Expertise in discovery to uncover real client problems.
• Strong prep work and tailored questioning for executives.
• Adaptive, consultative communication across technical and commercial buyers.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for on-site engagements.
• English working language; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create conversations via outreach to Europe’s retailers and partners.
• Map value chain, identify local optimization at department level harming overall margins.
• Build a defensible CFO-ready business case with P&L logic.
• Own technical trust: discuss integration, data readiness, governance, security.
• Run demos/workshops showing Holon against retailer problems.
• Progress pipeline with account executives and founders to hand over to deployment.
• Feed market insights back to positioning, product and marketing.
