xplus is seeking an experienced Data & AI Architect to define the future data and analytics landscape over a 3–5 year horizon. You will own capability roadmaps, enterprise information models, and architecture standards in collaboration with the Head of Data and senior stakeholders.

You will translate strategic ambitions into actionable direction, shaping the enterprise architecture without directly managing delivery teams, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Enterprise and Data Architect.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, governance and AI/Gen AI.
• Experience defining multi-year capability roadmaps and target-state architectures.

About the role

As Enterprise Data & AI Architect, you will define where data, analytics and AI capabilities need to go over the next three to five years. Owner of the capability roadmaps, enterprise information models, architecture standards and guardrails. You will work in close partnership with the Head of Data, the Enterprise Architecture leadership and senior business stakeholders, translating strategic ambitions into a coherent future-state capability landscape. You will not manage delivery teams or run platforms — your role is to set the direction and make sure we are always building the right things.

Who you are

You have minimum 5 years of experience as Enterprise and Data Architect

• Strong experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Analytics Architecture or Data & AI Strategy
• Demonstrated ability to define multi-year capability roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Data Platforms, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Analytics & BI and AI/Generative AI
• Experience establishing architecture standards, principles within complex organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you can translate complex concepts into clear direction for business and technology audiences.
• A pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset
• You have a degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

• You are available to be onsite min. 2 days/week
